Phase 3 (10 Days – weather pending): Runway 03/21 Closed, Runway 16/34 Closed, Taxiway D Closed between Ramp and Taxiway F

Phase 4 (10 days – weather pending): Runway 03/21 Closed, Taxiway D Closed between Ramp and Taxiway F – BACK TAXI OPERATIONS ON RUNWAY 16/34
