Signatory Commercial: $0.40 per 1,000 lbs MGLW

Non-Signatory Commercial: $0.55 per 1,000 lbs MGLW with a $3.25 minimum.

RELEVANT DEFINITIONS

Fuel that is delivered into an aircraft, container, and/or tank that is not purchased from the airport FBO must pay an off-airport fee per gallon.

Land that has been developed for use that include, but not limited to, grading, utility access, access to existing paved surfaces

An aircraft’s Maximum Gross Landing Weight

Air Carriers and all Air Cargo Carriers not having an executed lease agreement or operating agreement with the city and/or airport.

Air Carriers providing scheduled passenger service at the Airport and occupying space within the Terminal Building under Short Term Leases or as subtenants thereof, and all air cargo carriers with direct agreements with the State Department of Transportation providing for the development and use of cargo facilities at the Airport and subtenants thereof.

Land without basic services to utilities and paved services that may need grading.
